Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new mail account in no time and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just specify the email box you want to forward email messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
