Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your electronic mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just choose the email account you would like to redirect emails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
